On August 19, 2025 the Board of Directors voted to approve a new rate order. The new rates are based on a cost-of-service study prepared by a third party, and are designed to recover sufficient revenue to complete the funding of the 2026 Water Supply Project, which includes a new well field, treatment plant, and transmission pipeline which will double the District's production capacity and provide expandability and dependability for the future. The new rates will be phased in over two years, with the first increase effective October 1, 2025, and the second October 1, 2026. Enter your average usage into the rate calculator below for an estimate of your bill under the new rates. The new rate order, a presentation of the rate study findings, and some introductory comments from the GM can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.
