WELLBORN SUD IS IMPLEMENTING A NEW PLATFORM TO IMPROVE RESPONSES TO SERVICE REQUESTS AND EMERGENCIES AND TO STREAMLINE COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS.
Wellborn SUD is partnering with Daupler to implement its industry-leading response management system over the coming weeks.
<WELLBORN, TX> – WSUD has announced their intent to partner with Daupler, which provides response management solutions to cities and utilities across the country, to improve responses to service requests and emergencies and to streamline communications with customers. Response management technology makes it easier for crews to respond to service requests and emergencies while keeping citizens updated.
Wellborn SUD’s partnership with Daupler will allow them to simplify the dispatch process, automating steps and documentation where possible. It will also centralize their data and connect siloed systems. This will allow Wellborn SUD to access information quickly and have an accurate and complete understanding of work performed in the field.
Citizens can expect their after-hours calls to be answered quickly and handled by a professional, public works trained call taker. Citizens can also opt to receive a link where they can upload photos and add additional details to their request. In the event of a larger emergency, such as a water main break, citizens can stay informed on the restoration of their service.
Once implemented, Wellborn SUD customers can expect to see a decrease in response times, improved communication, and better tracking. On average, entities that implement Daupler reduce response times by half and overtime hours by almost 40%.

Wellborn SUD’s new notification service does not require the download of an app. It also includes two-way texting capabilities, so customers can respond with additional information if needed.
