Request for Qualifications - Impact Fee Auditor

Folks,

As you know we are working on updating our impact fees this year. The legislature just passed new rules for revising impact fees - one of the new requirements is an audit of the existing impact fee program, to be performed by a third-party CPA firm.  Today we are issuing a request for qualifications (RFQ) to begin the procurement process for that firm.
